Friend can't sign up

Tried signing up but an error kept coming up that he needed to enter the image verification even though there isnt nothing to complete.

He said it's got something to do with recaptcha or something?

What does he do?

If it is who I think it is, I emailed him already, the problem is he created two separate user names.

Please have him email me at person19481950@yahoo.com - ask him to kindly add his poster name or names in the email.

If he is living in Austrailia or The Far East right now those area are blocked due to DDOS attacks.
